Terms of service

  • Level of Design is determined based on print time and complexity of design. Level of Design will be established prior to final agreement. 

  • 50% deposit required to begin production. Remaining balance due upon completion.

  • Custom items are non-refundable once approved. Approval is required after the first item is produced. Production will continue once written approval is received.

  • Production begins after deposit. 

  • Project due date will be determined upon deposit.

  • A rush fee of 20-50% depending on timeline will be applied for expedited projects. 

  • Bulk order discounts apply per product type, not per order. 

  • Each item is individually handcrafted and engraved. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations in engraving depth, color, and material characteristics may occur. These variations are a natural part of custom, handmade products and are not considered defects.

  • For bulk orders, minor variations between individual items may occur due to material characteristics and the engraving process. Consistency is prioritized; however, exact uniformity cannot be guaranteed.

  • Payment can be made in the form of cash, Zelle, checks, or credit cards (a 3% fee will be added for credit card payments)
