Terms of service

Level of Design is determined based on print time and complexity of design. Level of Design will be established prior to final agreement. 

50% deposit required to begin production. Remaining balance due upon completion.

Custom items are non-refundable once approved. Approval is required after the first item is produced. Production will continue once written approval is received.

Production begins after deposit. 

Project due date will be determined upon deposit.

A rush fee of 20-50% depending on timeline will be applied for expedited projects. 

Bulk order discounts apply per product type, not per order. 

Each item is individually handcrafted and engraved. While every effort is made to ensure consistency, slight variations in engraving depth, color, and material characteristics may occur. These variations are a natural part of custom, handmade products and are not considered defects.

For bulk orders, minor variations between individual items may occur due to material characteristics and the engraving process. Consistency is prioritized; however, exact uniformity cannot be guaranteed.

Payment can be made in the form of cash, Zelle, checks, or credit cards (a 3% fee will be added for credit card payments)
